Job summary

Toyota's Integrated Vehicle Systems Department seeks an Electronic Application Engineer to develop vehicle-specific electronic components and support EE systems across programs in NA. You will collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and partners to deliver high-quality cockpit electronics and wireless systems.

The role emphasizes guiding components from concept through production, solving cross-team challenges and delivering customer-focused electrical solutions with a strong quality

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specs.
• Experience managing projects with internal/external partners.
• Knowledge of development quality tools (FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, DRBFM).

Responsibilities

• Guide electronic components from requirements to start of production while upholding quality and performance targets.
• Define electrical interfaces and vehicle specifications for modules and systems.
• Lead schedule management and coordinate milestones with teams and suppliers.
