Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in venture capital, investment banking, business development, or startup operations.
• Genuine curiosity about a wide range of industries and business types.
• Self-directed, able to manage a flexible, largely self-scheduled week and prioritize relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 10-15 tenant leadership teams per week to understand business models and needs.
• Act as a candid, peer-level sounding board for founders and executives.
• Maintain an intelligence map of tenant ecosystem and identify synergies.
• Proactively broker introductions between tenants for mutual value.
• Build trust-based relationships not tied to leasing transactions.
