Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy highway construction experience.
• Strong understanding of earthwork, grading, slope, drainage, and plan reading.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and coordinate day-to-day earthwork activities.
• Drive safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Translate project plans into clear daily work plans for crews.
• Monitor production and identify schedule conflicts early.
• Coordinate with other crews, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Review workforce needs and task assignments.
• Maintain field reporting and time reporting.
