You will supervise operations, set grades, read plans, coordinate operators and laborers, and enforce job-site safety. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential to drive production and quality on every project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dirt work or earthwork construction experience; 2+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mass excavation, grading, and cut/fill operations.
• Set grade, read plans, and ensure job site safety compliance.
• Coordinate Operators and Laborers for production flow.
• Maintain clean sites, accurate grades, and safe work zones.
