Job summary

iHawl, a civil sitework contractor, is hiring Dirt Work Heavy Equipment Operators in Northwest Arkansas to run excavators, dozers, and scrapers for mass excavation, grading, and site prep. You will work with Trimble machine control to hit grade precisely, coordinate with Foremen for cut/fill sequencing, and perform routine safety checks.

Requirements include 3+ years in dirt work, OSHA 10, GPS or machine control experience; salary is $22–$28/hr DOE plus overtime; fulltime on-site role with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in dirt work, mass grading, or earthwork operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment for mass excavation, grading, and site prep.
• Run machines with Trimble machine control to hit grade precisely.
• Coordinate with Foremen for cut/fill sequencing and site layout.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow job site safety standards.
• Step off the machine as needed to assist the crew.
