Job summary

Learning Care in Colorado is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, and take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
