BrightPath Kids in Maineville is seeking a full-time early childhood educator to supervise a classroom for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards.

You will partner with families, communicate with guardians, and maintain a warm, safe learning environment. Criteria include an associate degree or CDA or higher, with 1 year of licensed childcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CDA or Career Pathway Level 3 or Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks – 12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment that supports growth.
• Partner with families to plan for best care and education.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
