Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Maineville is seeking a dedicated caregiver with an emphasis on early childhood education to supervise a classroom of children from 6 weeks to 12 years. You will design developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards and tailor activities to each child’s interests and learning style.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field, CDA credential, Career Pathway Level 3 or Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
