KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor peers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging learning environment for children. You will partner with families to support education and growth across our centers.

Responsibilities include collaborating with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, and building positive relationships with families and community partners. Commitment to safety and inclusive care is essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare’s curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
