KinderCare Education in West Mifflin, PA is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor staff while delivering KinderCare's curriculum to young learners in a caring, safe environment.

You will partner with families, support enrollment and engagement, and collaborate with center staff to meet licensing and program goals. Ideal candidates hold a CDA or Bachelor’s in ECE, 3+ years of experience, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy in process.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child development and family engagement.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and community engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
