Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor teachers, and to implement the organization’s curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child. You will create a safe and nurturing environment that supports discovery, growth, and confidence.

You will partner with families and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation and engagement while upholding high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Proficiency in English for communication with children and parents.
• Active CDA credential or eligibility for NAEYC candidacy (preferred).
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience and state qualifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
