Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Deliver KinderCare curriculums aligned to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Collaborate with parents to support child development and family involvement.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
• Demonstrate outstanding service and multi-task effectively in daily operations.
