Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher for our Champions program. You will lead and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing space for children while partnering with families to support development.

Ideal candidates have a CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, CPR/First Aid, and a strong commitment to early learning in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; multi-tasking ability.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy; state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred/obtainable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Partner with parents to support child education.
