Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking passionate Teachers to join our Champions program team. You will lead and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children while partnering with families.

Responsibilities include supporting enrollment goals, maintaining high-quality care, and working with licensing authorities. A CDA credential or current candidacy is required, with CPR/First Aid, and a 2–3 year ECE background preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with each child’s needs in mind.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment and accreditation.
