Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, organized and able to multi-task.
• Possess active CDA credential or pursue NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success regarding enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
