Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in designing, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Lead observation, assessment, and documentation of children's growth to inform planning.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment and support high-quality teaching.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate interns and teaching assistants.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support program goals and family engagement.
