Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or Elementary Education with at least six credits in ECE/Preschool Education.
• Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, colleagues, and university students.
• Ability to supervise interns and teaching assistants, plan, implement, and assess curriculum.

Responsabilités

• Lead the observation, assessment, and documentation of children's growth and development for data-informed curriculum planning.
• Establish a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment supporting high-quality teaching and child well-being.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate student interns and teaching assistants to support professional growth.
• Coordinate classroom operations and delegate responsibilities to ensure effective staffing and program goals.
