The Learning Experience Oceanside is seeking a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our in-person team. You will create an engaging classroom environment for infants to preschoolers, implement our LEAP Curriculum, and communicate regularly with families about their children’s progress.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, with Infants to Preschool, aligned to each child’s needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Support enrollment and engagement goals by partnering with center staff and leadership.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
