Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old and meet Vermont licensing requirements.
• Bachelor degree or VT Level Four certificate with 12 months of child-group experience.
• Endorsement in Early Childhood or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom operations for infants, toddlers or preschoolers with co-teachers.
• Maintain licensing standards for record-keeping, health, safety, and environment.
• Engage families and partners to support child development and well-being.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum and documentation per program.
