BrightPath Kids in Liberty Township - Princeton Glendale is seeking a Lead Teacher to work with families and educators to provide a warm, safe home-like learning environment for children aged 6 weeks through 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines.

You will develop developmentally appropriate curricula, curate activities based on children’s interests, and maintain a clean, welcoming classroom that supports exploration and growth.

Formación

• Associate degree in ECE/CDA/Level 3 required.
• 1 year of licensed child care experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and supervision of children 6 weeks - 12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Partner with families to create plans for the best care and education.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
