Job summary

The Learning Experience Natick, MA is hiring an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. The position offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday with a pay rate of $24-$26 per hour based on experience.

You will lead engaging activities, implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, support children's development, and collaborate with families and staff in a supportive, growth-oriented center.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as Lead Teacher.
• Professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and passionate about working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engaging and developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom.
• Create meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Establish positive classroom routines and use positive guidance.
• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation.
• Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
