Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor a classroom team while implementing our curriculum to meet each child's needs. You will create a safe, engaging learning environment and partner with families to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an active CDA or equivalent, 2–3 years of ECE experience, and the ability to obtain state qualifications. CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable. This is a on-site teaching position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, multitasking ability.
• Active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support your center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
