Job description

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 5 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development. No soccer experience needed!

The position is every Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm at the Redmond Community Center with the option to add on other hours throughout the week if interested.

Responsibilities:

1. Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
2. Implement a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.
3. Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
4. Engage actively and enjoy coaching as a continuous journey, being open to feedback and striving for improvement through regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
