Job description

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 5 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development. No soccer experience needed!

The position is every Saturday from 2pm to 4:30pm with the option to add on other hours throughout the week if interested.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success.
2. Utilize a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and create a stress-free environment.
3. Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate their successes.
4. Engage in continuous learning and be open to feedback by attending regular training sessions and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
