KinderCare is seeking a lead teacher to mentor peers, implement age-appropriate curricula, and create a safe, engaging classroom. You will work closely with parents to support child development and collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and a passion for early childhood education, including CPR/First Aid certification and state-specific qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom, modeling behaviors and giving feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to individual child needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Engage with parents to support child development and enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet accreditation and engagement targets.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
