Bright Horizons in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Lead Educator to guide a teaching team in delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum and anti-bias practices at our North Kennicott center.

You will mentor teachers, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality early education in a supportive, growth-focused environment for children and families served by Bright Horizons.

Qualifications

• Pass state and company background checks
• CDA with plan to complete associate degree required
• Associate or higher degree in ECE or child development preferred
• At least three years of professional teaching experience
• NAEYC-accredited center experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead a team in implementing high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education
• Be a curriculum expert and use educational quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation
• Partner and communicate effectively with families, while mentoring new teachers and serving as a role model for the teaching team
