KinderCare is hiring a lead teacher to mentor peers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can play and learn. You will partner with parents to align care with each child’s needs and support our center's enrollment and accreditation goals.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in Early Childhood Education, a CDA credential or candidacy, and CPR/First Aid. Strong English communication and ability to lift 40 pounds are required to ensure safe and engaging

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or candidacy with NAEYC in progress.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and supervise children indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and families.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with attention to each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals
• Support center success through enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners
