KinderCare is hiring a lead teacher in Acton, MA to guide and mentor other teachers while delivering KinderCare’s curriculum tailored to each child. The role emphasizes a safe, nurturing classroom and strong collaboration with families to support child development.

The candidate will work with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, fostering relationships with families and community partners. Proficiency in English is required.

Competenze

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or eligible for NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
