KinderCare in Norwell, MA seeks a dedicated lead teacher to guide and mentor fellow staff while delivering the KinderCare curriculum tailored to each child’s needs. You will create a warm, safe classroom where children learn through play and exploration, and you will actively engage with families to support their child’s growth.

Collaborating with center staff and leadership, you’ll contribute to enrollment efforts, accreditation readiness, and ongoing family engagement.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service skills with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Must meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children’s development and education.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with center staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, license authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
