Job summary

Eleks is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solutions Architect/Senior Consultant to lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions in Croatia. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and full-lifecycle deployments
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales configuration, customization, and architecture
• Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML, REST APIs, and Azure Functions
• Experience with custom plugins, extensions, integrations with ERP/marketing systems
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, security models, data architecture, and ALM
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience leading technical teams in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical and functional design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions
• Lead client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and fit-gap analyses to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Design and optimize sales processes, including lead-to-opportunity, quoting, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and dashboards
• Extend Dynamics 365 capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Design and guide the development of custom C# plugins, .NET extensions, Azure Functions, and third-party integrations
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, data management, and ALM standards
• Act as a technical lead, providing architectural guidance and coordinating Agile delivery teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Prepare functional specifications, solution design documentation, and implementation guidelines
• Support testing, deployment, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, solution scoping, and project estimations
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and support the target operating model
