Job summary

Eleks is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solutions Architect/Senior Consultant to lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions in Croatia. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives, enterprise architecture, and Microsoft best practices throughout an iterative delivery cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and full-lifecycle deployments
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales configuration, customization, and architecture
• Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML, REST APIs, and Azure Functions
• Experience with custom plugins, extensions, integrations with ERP/marketing systems
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, security models, data architecture, and ALM
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience leading technical teams in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Responsibilities
