Job summary

The Virtus Solution is expanding our team and seeking seasoned Virtus Consultants. We want leaders, challengers, and inventors who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy solving complex problems for Fortune 100 clients.

Ideal candidates combine deep Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise with strong advisory and hands-on delivery skills. As a Consultant, you will own end-to-end solutions, mentor teams, and guide architecture, integration, and governance across modern cloud

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in a consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
Dataverse and data modeling.
Experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and integrations.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution lifecycle from discovery through design, build, deployment, and optimization.
Architect scalable, secure solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and diagrams.
Define integration strategies across systems (APIs, middleware, Azure services).
Act as trusted advisor to clients, bridging business needs with technical capabilities.
Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and executive presentations.
Oversee solution delivery ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment to requirements.
Guide governance, security, and performance across the platform.
Establish data models, security frameworks and compliance standards.
