Job summary

The Virtus Solution is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our consulting team in a fast-paced environment. You will design, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 solutions for diverse clients, leveraging C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 development, experience with CE/Sales/Customer Service modules, and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and Azure.
• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, solution architects, and clients.
• Participate in client workshops, solution design sessions, and technical demos.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance concerns.
• Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to best practices.
