Job summary
FastTek Global is seeking a Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and enhance agency applications in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, requiring strong experience in Azure, CI/CD, and data architecture.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
- Architect Experience 3+ years
- Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages Power Apps, Power Portal - 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Microsoft Azure platform experience
- Azure DevOps 5+ years
- Data Architecture Experience- 3+ years
- Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years
- Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
- CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
- Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective
- Azure Communications
- APIs
- Abilities to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation
- Abilities to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation
- Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers
- An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions
- Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
- Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure
- Technical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years
- Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support - 5+ years
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations
- Gather requirements, plan, analyze, design, test, implement and document releases
- Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms and Power Platform
- Architect and lead project tasks, manage risks and issues from a technical perspective
- Define and manage release processes and CI/CD for Dynamics 365 projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
