Job summary

Stafford Gray is seeking a Programmer Analyst to deliver application development and integration services around Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will design, build, and maintain business applications within a structured systems engineering methodology, guiding releases and updates across the full lifecycle.

The role combines hands-on work with technical leadership, including requirements gathering, architecture design, testing, documentation, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 3+ years in an architect capacity.
• 5+ years with Power Platform solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Microsoft Azure platform experience.
• 5+ years with Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years of data architecture experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure/network and application support.
• 5+ years as a technical customer service analyst.
• Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and application support.
• Strong API experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication across systems.
• Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (release) processes for Dynamics 365 technology efforts.
• Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective.
• Perform analysis and requirements gathering with customers.
• Prepare detailed written instructions, documentation, and technical reports/presentations.
• Resolve complex problems in a timely manner, seeking optimum solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues under pressure in a high-stress environment.
• Communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
