Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Configuration Manager in Dallas to own the enterprise CRM platform, drive functional design and hands-on configuration. This strategic role combines deep Dynamics 365 CE expertise with strong business process knowledge and stakeholder management.

You will design and configure across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights, building solutions with Power Platform and Dataverse.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience translating business needs into functional CRM designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights.
• Build and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, views and automation using Power Platform, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own the functional roadmap and assess the impact of Microsoft platform updates.
• Establish configuration standards and low-code/no-code best practices.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and system documentation.
• Work with developers and external partners on custom extensions where required.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Configuration Manager to take ownership of an enterprise CRM platform, driving functional design, hands‑on configuration and continuous improvement across key business‑facing applications.

This is a strategic individual contributor role, ideal for someone who combines deep Dynamics 365 CE expertise with strong business process knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights.
• Build and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, views and automation using Power Platform, Power Automate and Dataverse.

• 135K–145K base salary.

Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail or distribution environments would be advantageous. Relevant Microsoft certifications are also beneficial.
