Job summary

Pearson Carter is partnering with a growing international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner to recruit a senior BC Team Lead to own European BC implementations and lead a team of consultants and developers.

The role blends delivery, functional consultancy and leadership across finance, operations and projects, with workshops, fit/gap analysis and solution design responsibilities. You will drive growth of the BC practice across Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of D365 BC / NAV experience.
• 12 full-cycle implementations completed.
• Strong Business Central Finance knowledge.
• 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects or Warehousing.

D365 Business Central Team Lead Europe

Pearson Carter is working with a growing international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner looking for an experienced BC Team Lead to join and help develop its European consulting practice. This is a senior, hands‑on position combining Business Central delivery, functional consultancy and team leadership.

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of Business Central implementations while leading a team of consultants and developers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle D365 Business Central implementations

• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and delivery

• Lead and develop BC Consultants and Developers

• Run workshops, requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis

• Own functional solution design and configuration

• Work closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders

• Support the continued growth of the BC practice

THE CANDIDATE

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10 years’ D365 BC / NAV experience

• 12 full-cycle implementations

• Strong Business Central Finance knowledge

• 2 years’ team leadership experience

• Strong functional consultancy and project delivery experience

• Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects or Warehousing

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Multi-entity, multi-currency, MB-800, Power BI and Power Automate experience would be advantageous.

LOCATION

Cyprus, Greece, Lebanon, UK or Portugal.
