Job summary

Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) seeks a Supervisor, Dynamic Studies to lead a team conducting system-wide dynamic stability assessments in the transmission planning horizon. You will ensure modeling consistency, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and deliver reliable planning studies that comply with NERC and ERCOT standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning or system operations.
• Strong knowledge of power system dynamics and modeling.
• Experience with PSSE, TSAT, or PSCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NERC standards and ERCOT protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
