ERCOT seeks a leader to head the Dynamic Model Support group for Large Load Interconnection, overseeing Batch stability studies and related rulemakings. You will mentor staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and represent ERCOT in stakeholder forums.

Requires 5+ years in system planning/operations, 1 year in management, and a PE preferred. Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field is required, Master’s preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required
• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years job-related experience and 1 year in a management/leadership role
• Experience in system planning, operations, or interconnection is required

Responsabilidades

• Lead ERCOT’s Dynamic Model Support for Large Load Interconnection initiatives and rulemakings
• Hire, coach, train, and manage staff; set goals and priorities
• Oversee Batch stability studies and related ERCOT/NERC activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement ERCOT requirements
• Represent ERCOT in stakeholder forums and committees
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives
