Job summary

ISN is seeking a Lead Task Manager to provide leadership and analytical oversight for the Due Diligence Unit supporting Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency entity vetting and industrial security missions. Lead daily operations, coordinate with leaders, and conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews of companies and ownership structures to identify risk indicators and inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate complex ownership, financial, and foreign affiliation data.
• Ability to identify relationships, anomalies, information gaps, and risk indicators within complex structures.
• Ability to synthesize information into clear, defensible analytical products.
• Knowledge of source evaluation, documentation, and analytical quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication for government and program leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead personnel, manage priorities, and ensure quality.
• Knowledge of NISP and FOCI principles is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and research, analytical, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily DDU program operations, including workload management and performance.
• Coordinate with Program Manager and stakeholders on priorities and requirements.
• Lead due diligence reviews of companies, ownership structures, and key personnel.
• Research corporate ownership, foreign affiliations, and financial information.
• Identify risk indicators and information gaps requiring escalation.
• Develop analytical assessments, reports, and briefings for decision-makers.
• Review program work products for analytical quality and sourcing compliance.
