Job summary

ISN is seeking a Lead Task Manager to provide leadership and analytical oversight for the Due Diligence Unit supporting DCSA entity vetting and industrial security missions.

The role requires coordinating with government leadership, conducting comprehensive due diligence, and producing defensible assessments and briefings for senior decision-makers. A Bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research capabilities to assess complex corporate structures.
• Ability to identify relationships, anomalies, and risk indicators within organizational data.
• Proven ability to synthesize information into clear, defensible analytical products.
• Experience using government or commercial databases and open-source information.
• Experience leading analytical teams and coordinating workloads is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily DDU program operations, manage workload, priorities, and performance.
• Coordinate with Program Manager and government leadership on priorities and staffing.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews of companies, ownership structures, and key personnel.
• Develop analytical reports, recommendations, and briefings for leadership.
• Review program work products for quality, sourcing, and compliance.
