Job summary

Lennar is a leading homebuilder recognized for quality and service nationwide. The Due Diligence Manager will provide risk analysis and detailed land development budgets for the land acquisition team, coordinating with multiple departments and third‑party consultants to support new residential opportunities.

The role requires managing a team, preparing feasibility studies, entitlement schedules, and cost assessments, while ensuring timely reports and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, economics, finance, or related real estate field.
• Five (5) years of experience minimum in land development, project management and/or land acquisition positions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel for financial modeling and proficiency in PowerPoint/Adobe/Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence efforts for potential land acquisitions, including feasibility studies, budgets, entitlement/development schedules, risk assessments, and title review.
• Coordinate with outside consultants and internal teams to prepare schedules, budgets, and development feasibility during due diligence.
• Engage with state and federal agencies to understand obligations and impacts on the project.
• Review and evaluate development plans, permits, and contracts related to property development.
