• Direct care experience with adults who have IDD
• Ability to mentor and train staff
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Capability to document care and outcomes
• Comfort with behavior support plans and safety procedures

Responsabilités

• Lead by example in delivering high-quality direct care across homes
• Coach and train DSPs, providing hands-on guidance
• Support independence in daily living tasks and skills
• Implement behavior support plans and manage challenging situations
• Ensure health and safety, including medication administration and first aid
• Coordinate with management and other homes to optimize staffing and care
