GoodLife Innovations in Wichita, KS is looking for a Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time 7am–3pm schedule. You will guide center-based and community-based activities while supporting adults with disabilities in our Day Services program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Experience in caregiving, teaching, or direct support preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning duties at a residential program
• Transport clients in a company vehicle to the Day Services clubhouse
• Engage with clients in activities such as art classes and field trips
• Support daily companionship and community outings
• Help clients increase independence and learn skills
