Job summary

Advance Kids in Shingle Springs, CA is seeking a Lead Direct Service Professional II to support residential crisis programs. You will serve as Acting Administrator, assist with assessments, and coordinate staff to ensure safety and quality of care.

This role requires at least 1 year supervisory experience, 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days. Competitive benefits and paid training are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Availability to work every weekend.
• Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 60 days of hire.
• Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Acting Administrator in the Administrator’s absence.
• Assist with client assessments and IPP/ISP meetings.
• Prepare documentation for weekly and monthly meetings.
• Direct and coordinate staff, ensuring residents are supervised.
• Assist with medications and MARs, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Follow CPI and Ukeru crisis protocols and maintain safety.
