Hope Network is seeking a Lead Direct Care Professional (DSP) for Loretta on a full-time basis. The role provides oversight, supports individuals, and leads on shift while ensuring medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral plans are followed.

You will mentor new staff and participate in on-call coverage. The Lead DSP supports independence, promotes person-centered care, and fosters a safe, structured environment across multiple settings.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
