Job summary

SkyHop Global LLC seeks a Lead Driver Supervisor for the IAH Houston location. You will manage a team of drivers, drive cost efficiency, and enhance the customer experience while coordinating with the Station Manager. This role requires leadership, coaching, and attention to safety.

Compensation is $18 per hour plus daily cash tips and a monthly safety bonus. Shifts include Early Morning, Day, Evening, and Night, with 25–50% field time depending on location size.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of drivers to optimize cost and improve customer experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to drivers.
• Assist in emergencies to minimize overtime.
• Collaborate with Station Manager on recruiting, training, and mentoring.
• Oversee daily fleet maintenance and scheduling.
• Maintain safety through audits and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver team to reduce costs and improve service.
• Coach drivers and provide ongoing direction.
• Respond to emergencies to minimize overtime.
