Job summary

SkyHop Global LLC seeks a Lead Driver Supervisor for the IAH Houston location. You will manage a team of drivers, drive cost efficiency, and enhance the customer experience while coordinating with the Station Manager. This role requires leadership, coaching, and attention to safety.

Compensation is $18 per hour plus daily cash tips and a monthly safety bonus. Shifts include Early Morning, Day, Evening, and Night, with 25–50% field time depending on location size.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily fleet maintenance and scheduling.

• Respond to emergencies to minimize overtime.
• Coordinate recruiting, training, and mentoring with the Station Manager.

Requirements

• Lead a team of drivers to optimize cost, maximize profitability, and elevate the customer experience.
• Provide leadership, direction, and continuous improvement to the drivers through coaching and feedback.
• Assist in emergency situations to minimize overtime.
• Collaborate with the Station Manager in recruiting, training, and mentoring transport drivers.
• Oversee daily maintenance of fleet vehicles, including inspections, scheduling, and communication with the Fleet Manager.
• Promote a safe work environment through safety audits, regular safety meetings, and individual staff discussions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Station Manager on managing local permits, vehicle registrations, and timely renewals through communication with finance.
• Cultivate positive relationships with airport ground transportation and attend meetings as required.
• Ensure timely completion of required paperwork, adhering to company policies and protocols.
• Maintain insurability under the company motor vehicle insurance.

Shifts: Early Morning Shift, Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift. Weekends and Holidays required.
