Job summary

SkyHop Global is seeking a dependable Lead Driver / Supervisor for the Las Vegas operation. This role will manage an evening shift, oversee a team of drivers, and ensure on-time transportation aligned with airline schedules, with weekend and holiday coverage.

You will coach and mentor drivers, assist with recruitment and training, and ensure safety and compliance while conducting daily vehicle inspections. Field time ranges 30–50% of hours, with on-site work in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred in transportation/logistics.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of drivers and coordinate efficient, on-time transportation.

Lead Driver / Supervisor – Evening Shift

Pay: $18–$20 per hour + Daily Cash Tips + Monthly Safety Bonus

SkyHop Global is a leader in ground transportation for airline crews, proudly serving pilots and flight attendants during their layovers in cities across the country. We're hiring a dependable and energetic Lead Driver / Supervisor for our Las Vegas operation to help manage our evening shifts, including weekend and holiday coverage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee a team of drivers and coordinate efficient, on-time transportation based on airline schedules.
• Support day-to-day driver operations—coaching, mentoring, and leading with professionalism.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of new drivers.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, manage fleet maintenance schedules, and elevate issues to the Fleet Manager.
• Promote and ensure safety compliance through routine audits and regular safety meetings.
• Be active in the field 30–50% of your scheduled hours, depending on station size.

Additional Duties

• Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle registrations and permits; work with Finance for renewals.
• Represent SkyHop in airport ground transportation meetings and maintain strong local partnerships.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company protocols.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for company vehicle insurance.

Requirements
