PALS OHIO, LLC is seeking a FULL TIME Lead Driver to transport clients to and from program locations, ensuring safety and documentation compliance. The role requires a valid Ohio driver’s license, DOT physical, and clean driving history, with light local travel and opportunities to contribute to community programs.

Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance checks, adherence to safety standards, and delivering high-quality service to individuals with disabilities daily.

Qualifications

• Must pass the DOT physical.
• Ohio driver’s license with <6 points.
• Commercial vehicle driving experience.
• Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Flexible hours for daily local travel.
• Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up clients from adult living facilities, homes or other locations and transport to programing.
• Transport clients safely back to the agreed location daily.
• Complete transportation documentation and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform scheduled maintenance checks and ensure safety equipment is functional.
